We had a fantastic first time experience at The Black Radish! The cheese plate was spectacular—truly a standout—and both our meals and the service were wonderful. To top it off, the orange olive oil cake is to die for—moist, flavorful, not too sweet, and an absolute must-have dessert. The ambiance was welcoming and cozy, making it a delightful evening overall. We can't wait to return soon and try their enticing meals for two. Highly recommended!

Decided to take my girlfriend here for her birthday. Man, what an excellent choice. The ribeye was easily the best I have had in Tallahassee and was paired with equally stunning sides. Service was with a smile and attentive. Was seated in front of the open kitchen design. As someone who used to work in kitchens, I can tell how fresh the ingredients are, as well as how clean and professional the kitchen staff is. Watched as they diligently washed their hands and changed equipment when there was an allergy on their ticket. Their cooks were also friendly, chatting us up while we waited for our meal. Chef and co-owner Matt came and spoke with us after our meal to ask us questions and for feedback. A clear professional who takes his craft seriously. The ambiance of the restaurant is semi-formal, which I prefer. The decor was clean and classy, without being stiff-necked in a way that makes dining experiences too formal for my taste. I'm a firm believer good restaurants should have amazing food with an energy that is welcoming and encourages its guests to be comfortable. Black Radish hits those marks and is a must stop in Tallahassee.

Third time coming here, it’s 12/10 for foodies and vegetarians alike! I recommend this place to any and everyone coming through Tallahassee. They have seasonal menus throughout the year and that only keeps me coming back for more! The service is wonderful! During a recent trip to Tallahassee for the Iota Delta’s 50th Anniversary reunion weekend, my family and I had the pleasure of dining at Black Radish Bar and Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. As a party that includes enthusiastic vegans, finding a restaurant with not just one or two but a plethora of incredible vegan options was a delightful surprise. The food at Black Radish is a testament to the creativity and passion that goes into vegan cuisine. We enjoyed dinner at the Black Raddish with some friends and can’t wait for our next visit. We had the bubble potatoes and bread as an appetizer and loved them.

Awesome spot in Tallahassee, open kitchen, super clean, Black Radish had a cozy and welcoming ambiance. Lots of greenery, they had a really well put together menu, with fresh ingredients and unique dishes. It reminded me of some very high-end places we've been to in larger cities. The prices, though, were very reasonable, and portion size was perfect. The drinks were excellent, and the food really was incredible. We had the Ribeye for two which came loaded with sides, it was cooked to perfection with an excellent sear, and the sides were well paired. We will be back!

Matt and his staff are truly gifted and talented chefs and servers. His kitchen is a well oiled machine, firing on all cylinders. His flavors are delicious, very dynamic and leaves you craving for another bite. His dessert chef is absolutely the bomb.com. I’ve lived in TLH for 31 years and this is by far the best restaurant in the city. Come here, you won’t regret it!
